Selected Experience

Felony Defense & Plea Deal

In 2025, I defended a client charged with a serious felony carrying a prison sentence of over 5 years. My defense strategy prioritized full restitution to the victim, establishing strong grounds for mitigation and facilitating effective negotiations with the prosecution.


As an outcome, I successfully secured a plea agreement with highly favorable terms. Instead of long-term imprisonment, the custodial sentence was limited to just a few months, with the remainder of the sentence suspended (probation).

Employment Dispute & High-Value Settlement

I represented an employee wrongfully terminated by a major corporation. While actively litigating the case in civil court, I simultaneously initiated negotiation strategy with the employer to secure a swift and favorable resolution.


The case was settled amicably out of court on highly favorable terms. The client received a substantial compensation package amounting to tens of thousands of GEL, avoiding years of protracted litigation.

Real Estate Investment Project Support

In 2024, a construction company retained my services for comprehensive legal support regarding a major real estate investment project. The scope of work involved conducting detailed Due Diligence on the target land plot’s legal status and mitigating potential legal risks.


I led the negotiation process and drafted the Purchase Agreement, ensuring the client's commercial interests were fully protected.


The transaction was successfully closed without legal complications. The client seamlessly launched the construction of a multi-story residential complex, which is currently in an active phase.

Compensation for Malicious Prosecution

I represented a client in complex civil and administrative proceedings against state authorities regarding malicious prosecution and wrongful conviction. Following the client's full exoneration in 2021 (overturning a 2011 conviction), I initiated litigation to secure comprehensive damages.


The claim sought compensation for material damages (including reimbursed fines, legal fees, and lost earnings due to forced absenteeism) as well as moral damages for illegal imprisonment.

Secured a victory in court. The client was awarded full compensation for all financial losses and received significant damages for moral suffering and reputational harm.
